Once we have discussed the best plan for your website, you will need to sign up by direct debit. This will take payment directly from your bank account on the same day each month, until you cancel. We will send you the link to our account with the secure and very simple direct debit service – GoCardless to complete this process.
The maintenance plans are an ongoing monthly service that you can cancel at any time. Simply let us know you wish to cancel and we will cancel your direct debit with GoCardless. If you cancel the maintenance plan, you will still retain full ownership of your website. However, any future website updates by us will be charged for by the hour instead.
Of course! Both of our maintenance and management plans are based on a rolling monthly service that you can cancel at any time. Simply let us know you wish to cancel and we will cancel your direct debit with GoCardless. Or, if you have set up a recurring payment from your bank, you can cancel this yourself. We just need one month’s notice to process the cancellation.
Unfortunately we cannot rollover unused editing time to the next month due to our limited time available in any given month.
The edits you can request include anything from cosmetic edits such as changing colours or fonts to content edits – uploading new photos and text, adding new pages or blog posts for example. It can also cover adding new features such as image galleries or contact forms, so long as there is enough time left within your reserved hours for that month.
